Repwork is an app for fitness trainers. The trainer creates the account, and these terms are an agreement between Repwork and the trainer. The trainer's clients don't create separate accounts and aren't a party to this agreement.
Access to the service (workout planning, client tracking, history, and analytics) under the plan you use, including the free one. The service is actively being developed: at this stage we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and may change functionality from time to time.
You enter your clients' data yourself and confirm you're entitled to do so: the client knows about and doesn't object to you keeping such records for work purposes. What data is collected and how it's used, see the Privacy Policy.
The service is currently in beta and available for free. Paid plans based on the number of active clients are planned, but payment isn't technically connected yet. This section will be filled in with exact terms (billing schedule, cancellation and refund process) before payment becomes real, not after.
We may suspend or close access to an account if it's used for unlawful purposes or clearly violates these terms.
Repwork is an actively developing service. We make reasonable efforts to keep your data safe, but during the beta stage we can't guarantee full protection against technical failures or data loss, and we aren't liable for this at this stage.
