Repwork

Privacy Policy

Who's who in this document

Repwork is an app for fitness trainers: workout planning, client tracking, and progress. The trainer creates the account. The trainer enters their clients' data (the people they train) themselves. Clients don't create separate accounts and don't log into the app.

What data is collected

About the trainer: email and login credentials (password or Google sign-in).

About the trainer's clients, entered by the trainer: first and last name, notes (including, if the trainer specifies them, injuries and contraindications), body measurements (weight, body fat %, circumferences), workout history.

Why this data is needed

Only to run the service itself: so the trainer can plan workouts, keep client records, and see their progress. Data isn't used for advertising, isn't analyzed for marketing purposes, and isn't sold to third parties.

Who else sees the data

Google is used only for signing in with a Google account, nothing beyond that. Sentry, an error-monitoring service, receives technical data about app failures, not the trainer's client data. Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure; access to client records is limited to the trainer who created them: enforced at the database level, not just in the interface.

Trainer's responsibility for their clients' data

The trainer, not the client, enters the client's data into the app. By using Repwork, the trainer confirms they're entitled to enter this data, meaning the client knows about and doesn't object to the trainer keeping such records for work purposes.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored as long as the trainer's account is active. The trainer can delete a client's record completely at any time. This permanently erases all related data (notes, measurements, workout history), with no way to recover it.
